1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 59bd platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 59bd (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the update of the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by the 59bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 59bd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 59bd operates a strict 18+ only policy. Underage gambling is illegal and causes serious harm. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of 59bd is lawful in your location. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are acting under a guardianship order may not register.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 59bd or any other recognised responsible gaming programme. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded may not re-register during the exclusion period.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

59bd employs age and identity verification procedures during registration and at the point of withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in referral to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full features of the 59bd Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

You agree to keep all account information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, suspended access, or account closure. Notify the 59bd support team immediately if any of your registered details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will establish a username and password that serve as your account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 59bd will never contact you by any means to ask for your password. Any request for your password — whether by email, chat, or any other channel — should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 59bd immediately at support at 59bd.club (plain text — not a clickable link). The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 59bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your account lifecycle, and in particular before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold: government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the 59bd Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

59bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-native payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The Company does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your 59bd wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no deposit fees charged by 59bd, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which the Company accepts no responsibility. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. Deposits are generally credited within seconds of mobile money confirmation for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification must be complete; (b) you must not have any pending bonus wagering requirements that restrict the withdrawal of funds; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days under normal operating conditions, though 59bd will make reasonable efforts to process them sooner.

The Company reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined or held pending further documentation. The Company will not process withdrawals to a payment method not registered under your account name.

4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, payouts, and promotional values on the 59bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used for all numerical displays.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 59bd Platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules, odds, and potential returns displayed at the time of the wager. Bets are final once confirmed; cancellation is not available except where permitted under event-specific voiding rules (for example, a cricket match that is abandoned before a result is reached).

59bd reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion. Minimum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports and cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal by the official governing body, 59bd will apply standard industry voiding rules, which will be communicated through the Platform at the time of the event.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice during an event in the event of technical issues, data feed interruptions, or significant event developments. Any bets accepted before a suspension event are considered valid unless the market is subsequently voided under the applicable rules.

5.3 Casino & Instant Games

Casino games — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, slot titles, and instant games such as Mine and Dice from Spribe — are governed by the specific rules embedded within each game. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are published within the game information section of each title. All casino games use certified RNGs and are subject to independent audit for fairness.

In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the stake for that round returned to your account. The Company accepts no liability for losses caused by interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

59bd offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is active and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all 59bd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 59bd Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether using your own identity or the identity of another person.
• Underage Use: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 18.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without the express written consent of 59bd.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating funds derived from illegal activity. 59bd is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspected activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided.
• VPN and Proxy Use: Using a VPN, proxy server, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to your 59bd account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the User

Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided no active bonus wagering requirements prevent the withdrawal.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 59bd

59bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any clause of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (c) suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (d) account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy); or (e) receipt of a regulatory, legal, or law-enforcement instruction to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. In the event of closure for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as dormancy — the Company will make reasonable efforts to return the balance to the account holder following identity verification.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. The Company will notify you at your registered email address before applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 BDT (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 59bd's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Company accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8.5 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the legally binding version. In the event of a dispute between you and 59bd regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, you should contact our support team in the first instance. The Company will respond to formal complaints within five business days.
